Can SMP help you appear to have thicker hair?
SMP can help create the look of a fuller head of hair. However, to ensure that SMP is the best solution, we want to know the cause of the hair loss or hair thinning. Women may have balding due to many medical conditions, and we diagnose them prior to offering SMP. As ethical physicians, we want to be sure we do not perform this process on women who have potentially reversible baldness from hormonal causes, thyroid issues, or autoimmune diseases.

SMP blends in with the thinning to balding areas on the scalp. Although there is nothing in this world that is “perfect”, with the artistry and technique we use, you cannot tell that that someone has had SMP even up close. Our physicians work with patients to help obtain the look they want. Most clients want a soft, natural hairline, while some prefer a more distinct and linear look.
While photos on our site are great examples, seeing the results of an SMP procedure up close is incredibly valuable.
